Christina Dallen is a Senior Counsel at Aegis Orange county employment and labor Law Firm. She is a skilled litigator who, prior to joining Aegis, gained valuable experience defending employers. During her time with Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory and Natsis LLP and Crowell & Moring LLP, Ms. Dallen worked with companies ranging from small, locally-grown businesses to multi-national corporations, gaining a wealth of insight into working with employers and their counsel at all levels, which she now uses for Aegis Law Firm’s clients to obtain favorable trial verdicts and the best settlements.

Ms. Dallen has broad experience in employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment class actions, wage and labor code claims, and enforcing California and federal family and medical leave laws and disability accommodation law. Ms. Dallen has represented clients in proceedings that span from high-profile, multi-million dollar wage and hour class actions to litigating individual wrongful termination claims.  Ms. Dallen has represented clients not only in California state courts, but also all four California federal districts.

In addition to her regular practice, Ms. Dallen has written and presented on emerging labor and employment law topics and has worked as a volunteer attorney for the Orange County Public Law Center.  Ms. Dallen is also an Executive Committee Member for the Labor and Employment Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

Prior to relocating to Southern California to begin her practice, Ms. Dallen attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where she specialized in civil litigation and earned several awards for academic excellence and oral and written advocacy.  Ms. Dallen received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of California—Berkeley.
